Quality Control
We believe that the quality of the end product is as good as the various levels of manufacturing. To achieve consistency in quality it is necessary to define quality parameters and then monitor and test the product at each stage of the manufacturing process, from raw material to finished product.
Our quality control team takes the product through four checkpoints:- Pre-Production Check (PPC)
- Initial Production Check (IPC)
- During Production Check (DUPRO)
- Final Random Inspection (FRI)
Processes used include lab dips and fabric inspection and fabric testing (SGS, ITS, TUV, BV). After ensuring that fit samples are as per requirement, packaging and labeling are checked for conformity. And finally, before the container loading inspection (AQL) takes place, than the products is dispatched to the customers.
